Ultimately, my work as an Operations Manager is a mix of team building, collaborating and problem-solving.The highlight of my career has been leading the product development of a solar sales software in a rapidly changing industry. It was aimed at stabilizing and streamlining the proposal process for sales representatives by building a tool which easily adapted to new business demands. During my time building this product, I was able to improve efficiency and the quality of the sales proposal generation process.
