As a retail human resources manager, my main responsibility is to ensure that the store's staffing needs are met by recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employees. I work closely with store managers to understand their staffing needs and create job postings that attract qualified candidates. I also conduct interviews, check references, and make hiring decisions based on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.Once employees are hired, I oversee their training and development to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.
