I was called in to help turn around a struggling programme and to push to meet our client's aggressive deadlines. I was responsible for assuring that the non-functional capabilities, for a wide range of migrated and new banking systems / applications, were fit for production. I led a large, multidisciplinary team of cross-geographical SME and Junior resources.The capabilities under my remit spanned a wide range of technology platforms and bespoke configurable artifacts, both modern and legacy. I had to ensure that the team were prepared for execution and that the quality of our testing gave our client confidence in the systems targeted for production.
