I represented CRU across its market intelligence and consulting businesses to clients in Africa, Middle East and the Indian sub-continent. I built key client relationships with the leading metals, mining & fertilizer producers, consumers and traders, as well as financial institutions, governments and infrastructure providers. I consistently beat sales targets throughout my 7 years in the position.

I collaborated with CRU's clients and colleagues to scope out, agree terms for and lead delivery of consulting assignments that supported very high profile debt & equity raisings, feasibility studies and M&A processes. I worked across iron & steel, iron ore, metallurgical coal and coke, chrome, manganese and aluminium, as well as a host of other commodities from the common to the esoteric.

As the Editor of CRU’s Flat Rolled Aluminium Products Monitor and Market Outlook I delivered high quality price assessments, market analysis and strategic insight across the rolled product space, but with a particular focus on beverage can sheet and aluminium foil. I built a strong reputation among the industry’s leading producers and undertook numerous research visits and presentations around the world. I also contributed to CRU’s analysis of the primary aluminium, scrap and extrusion markets.
