Currently working as Talent Director - EMEA, working across our WPP Brand Consulting including Landor & Fitch and Superunion. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, my role is to work with the Talent team, HR team and Business leaders in the offices and regions and have responsibility for finding and placing the very best talent. I will also be participating in multiple internal initiatives to help build our culture in support of our brandKey elements of my role include;- Proactively identity, develop relationships and recruit potential talent into roles - Develop and maintain strong relationships with a selection of industry stars - Use innovative techniques such as social media platforms and other emerging tools to identify and acquire great and diverse talent for immediate and future positions- Drive DEI strategies and techniques to educate and train the talent team, HR and business leaders- Partner with the WPP Marketplace to be an advocate and voice behind our brands and biggest champion to ensure WPP remains competitive in salary, benefits and work/life advantages- Regularly meets with executive to C-suite level to review recruitment needs and process- Provides ad hoc advice to managers and employees on recruitment challenges and solutions - Works in partnership with senior management across multiple disciplines and projects- Provides flexible, adaptable and innovative multifaceted approach to recruitment for the office and region where relevant- Manage, mentor and grow internal EMEA talent team members throughout the WPP Brand Consulting groupA proactive and enthusiastic TA lead and professional networker within the advertising, brand and design, media, publishing, digital and marketing services industries. A strong understanding of the specialist disciplines across the Creative & Advertising Industry.
