ISTAR (intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance) links several battlefield functions together to assist a combat force in employing its sensors and managing the information they gather.- Information gathering and management, situation analysis, strategy recommendation- Precise accumulation and reporting of findings- Aid in strategic decision making- Train new arrivals on ISTAR related procedures

- Advise customers on fit and pricing- Process cash and card payments- Balance cash registers at day opening and day closure- Deal with customer complaints and goods returns- Work within brand policies- Visual merchandising and window dressing- Responsible for store security

- Basic food preparation- Make sure that chefs have everything they need- Responsible for cleaning the kitchen- Follow strict hygiene, health and safety rules.

- Provide on-site event assistance for event guests- Help coordinate external service providers in event set up, during event hours, and event tear down- Assist guests with questions and concerns before, during and after events- Become fully familiar with the policies and procedures associated with each space- Respond to emergencies or incidents associated with events or spaces and help find solutions to problems

- Teach students of all ages with varying levels of experience- Instruction both on land and on the water- Inspect equipment before and after class- Explain and demonstrate proper surfing technique- Supervise and ensure the safety of students, including sun protection measures- Direct the students in cleanup
