In charge of business development for the branch and all aspects of the branch operations (sales, coaching, operations, and customer service). I will review operations with my assistant manager to make sure we are audit ready. Will work with Regional Operations Manager on a Quarterly basis to make sure we are going in the right direction for our audit results.Also I Currently hold my Series 6 & 63 and Life and Health licences. I will help clients with investments up to 100k by offering annunities or Mutual Funds to my clients.

In charge of all operations and sales for my branch while the Branch Manager is out on Business Development Calls. Oversee the performance of tellers and will over see the bankers when manager is out of the office. Worked on making sure branch was ready for the branch audit that we receive on a yearly basis, but I stay on top of all operations to make sure we do well on our audit. Was in charge of 11 different pools and had over 30 employees that I over saw, ended up talking to upset customers, coaching lifeguards at all times, making their pool schedules and reviewing their schedules as well, trained lifeguards at the beginning of the season and also helped keep their skills up to date during the summer as well, make sure paper work was filled out fully and correctly and getting it filed at our office.
