While completing my studies at university, I worked part-time at Coles Miranda where, shortly after commencing, I was seen as one of the senior leaders in the night team, promoted to fill-in Night fill manager and duty manager roles. I was then drafted into the day team to cover for the loss of our Grocery department manager, a role which had me working to manage time and resources for the benefit of the department.

I worked closely within a team to coordinate resources, adapting to dynamic situations. The project also involved a very 'hands on' technical approach.
