I have been successful in developing and delivering programs and events of varying levels of complexity. I have done this while managing and maintaining both indoor and outdoor recreational and athletics facilities and staff scheduling at a Division 1 University. In order to be successful in this environment, I have learned how to work collaboratively with groups to deliver the best possible event or program experience to students and community members. My record of success can also be seen in the additional professional accomplishments I have experienced concurrently. I have help promote small business growth in the CrossFit industry and become recognized as a state and national certified sports official.
