As the Senior Construction Coordinator, it is my role to; manage my team on individual projects and schedule them accordingly, provide support and technical knowledge on each design, provide quality assurance of all lease designs and technical drawings, ensuring budget, maintenance and Drilling and Completions parameters are met and compliant as per the Design Specification Of CSG Well sites and Infrastructure guidelines. -Performance management, conflict resolution, cultural issues and career development.-Budget forecasting and reporting. Scheduling work fronts for team members.-Engaging stakeholders to ensure all design and planning parameters are met.-Participate in recruitment and development of planning team members-Quality assurance of individual projects and reports-Quality assurance of designs, engineering drawings maps, and MTO’s-Engage contracted/engineering design firms; oversee MTO’s and final designs-Oracle CMMS financial reporting-Construction planning representative at schedule meetings and contractor handovers-Oversee and promote health and safety guidelines and rules.

Working as a construction Planner for Origin energy gave me the chance to work at an autonomous level, increasing my time management and project management skills. As a planner, I was responsible for multiple projects and approvals simultaneously. As a representative of the construction and drilling teams, it was my responsibility to plan and attend Pre and post construction sign off meetings. The role gave me the chance to develop construction planning and civil design skills. It gave me the chance to work in a large team and consider each stakeholders needs. Duties included: Advanced technical ability using 3d mapping software. Including the use of GPS trimble units for accuratley capturing field data. Creating construction workpacks. Theses included; lease construction methodology, access construction requirements, grid and gate data and gate and grid data.  Sole site representative for drilling and construction teams. Leading and implementing construction decisions in the field communicating and supervising all stakeholders on site.  Surveying and pegging of infrastructure.  Ensuring myself and colleagues are operating and adhering to all safety procedures.  Received a ROAR award (Recognising Outstanding Achievements and Results), from Origin for a safety initiative.
