- Responsible for maintenance and repair of 400 acre property including 32 room conference center and meeting spaces, 4 homes, 12 cabins, 5 buildings, pool, and lake.- Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs in house.- Assisted from start to completion of $100,000 sidewalk project, working with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the work was completed to the engineer’s specifications, while completing 75% of the work in house. Including operation of earth moving machines.-Led and completed all work on a $5,000 room/ bathroom renovation while successfully completing the project on time.- Successfully repaired a leaking foundation while saving the organization $1,000s of dollars by completing the project in house. - Source parts and supplies for maintenance department while staying under budget.
