Mr. Jones is currently employed by Pentagon Federal Credit Union, currently serving as a Senior Default Recovery Specialist within the Collections Department. Mr. Jones has a proven expertise in establishing and managing key client accounts and portfolios. He is accomplished in financial analysis, auto lending, relationship and asset management, collections, and data analysis. Mr. Jones strives for increasing revenue for the Collections Department within Pentagon Federal Credit Union while improving productivity by using innovative problem solving, maintaining key performance levels, and being detailed oriented to implement effective strategies that bring forth results. Prior to joining Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Mr. Jones was a Legal Recovery Specialist under Professional Credit Services. During his time there, he was responsible for filing Lawsuits, Garnishments, and Judgements under utility, medical, and municipal collection accounts in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and California. Prior to joining Professional Credit Services Mr. Jones was also a Senior Collections Specialist with Discover Financial Services, where he began his professional career. Currently, he still holds the record within Discover Financial Services, setting up 28 auto payments in a single day.Before his professional career, Nick was a student athlete, playing hockey at the University of Oregon. On top of being a student athlete at the University of Oregon, Mr. Jones also did numerous sports journalism internships covering the University of Oregon Football Team. Mr. Jones earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in General social sciences, Business and Economics, focused in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Oregon.
