Nick Jonihakis, AIA serves as Vice President of Design and Construction for the highly talented and award-winning MODLOGIQ team, once again reuniting with Jim Gabriel and Stacy Tanner.As a licensed architect, Nick brings in over 30 years of design, architecture, and construction experience with an emphasis on construction technology and operations, across a diverse number of industries, such as commercial, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, government and motorsports and entertainment.His operations experience past, mixed with his design background and modular manufacturing and construction experience, blends in seamlessly with the type of expertise needed to support our customers and grow our team’s holistic process of Design for Modular Manufacturing, Assembly + Construction (DMMAC).His most-current involvement is with MODLOGIQ’s Athens, OH project, where he serves as Project Director, and allows Nick and his team members to be able to have the required integrated viewpoint needed to provide the appropriate direction, documentation and solutions to our customers.Nick, who currently resides in the Jacksonville, FL area with his wife, two sons and two dogs, is an avid traveler, adventurous foodie and motorcycle enthusiast.
