In this role, I oversee the delivery team that consist of a small team of business analysts and project managers including mentoring, performance management 1-2-1’s, annual appraisals, and task allocation. I also conduct in-person and remote webinar product demonstrations to prospective clients. I handle project estimations and define processes for project deliveries that maintain scope.

I implemented digital engagement products (SMS & Email alerts for Fraud and Marketing messages) for major UK banks. I managed the client requirements gathering and feedback meetings. I built requirement stories for new features including screen mock-ups for new functionality as well as documented guidelines and processes.-Spearheaded delivery of a new product (online customer portal enabling customers to manage debt) to initial client.-Managed the integration to the Mastercard PSP using tokenisation to ensure the company remained PCI compliance.-Sourced and managed the integration of a bank account validation provider to ensure project remained on track following an issue they had with the previous provider

I managed product specifications pertaining to the Credit & Risk default prediction quiz and model product. I designed the product roadmap and weekly prioritisation of shared technical resources. This included diligently overseeing client projects, maintaining the project scope and providing support to project teams during the entire product development lifecycle.
