As a Data Import Specialist, my main focus is to capture the wants and needs of our customers and mold it to fit our requirements. I receive data from our customers' previous systems, converse with the customer to understand how they would like their data shown, and complete the ticket in a timely manner.I am also responsible for the creation of the company's internal business dashboard to keep track of live yearly, monthly, and daily stats. Also, with my past history with graphic design, I created the support knowledge base for Service Fusion.

I worked for an individual who runs a successful YouTube channel. I helped bring the owner's vision to life by creating eye-catching thumbnails, endplates and banners to draw more people to his channel.

I worked with my co-workers in troubleshooting and fixing problems that students or professors have with Louisiana Tech's learning portal, Moodle. I answered and carried out phone calls, while also dealing with tech equipment across campus.
