Lift Interactive is one of Canada's leading digital agencies. My role with Lift encompasses digital strategy, business development, and account management.Digital Strategy: Development and implementation of strategic plans, frameworks, and digital campaigns for Lift’s clients.- Leading the creation of strategy from a digital perspective, including the analysis, understanding and thinking about client’s business models and priorities.- Identify and articulate specific digital platforms to enable Lift’s clients to realize their business goals.- Utilizing Lift’s process to determine the application of these platforms across brand strategies, strategic marketing and communication plans, and analytics solutions.- Research, strategic planning, benchmarking.- Liaising with UX and creative teams on wire framing and visual conceptualization.- Thought leadership on digital trends and emerging media.- Advise clients on tactics such as platform selection, social media, marketing, and design thinking.Business Development: support business development efforts with research, structure, smart thinking and big ideas.- Drive the development and growth of profitable new business units.- Participate in new business development activities, including responding to RFP’s, representing digital expertise in pitches and presentations .- Develop and maintain relationships.- Contribute to the development and refinement of Lift’s vision and strategy .- Liaise with others on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans.- Develop, review, and report on the business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed.Account Management: create and maintain meaningful working relationships with Lift’s clients.- Develop project briefs based on client's needs and desires.- Engage the consumer in Lift’s design process.- Manage the project team; both internally and externally.
