Skills: analysis of user data and frequently asked questions, conversational copywriting, AI training, onboarding of employees who are going to work on the chatbot.Apart from that, I used my media background to refresh and rewrite StudioWinegum.nl and worked on gaining media coverage for the company.

As a Content Manager, I was a key member of the content hub, which is positioned to develop anintegrated approach to all forms of content across the agency. The goal was to drive best practices across the agency, pushing the boundaries of creative and innovative storytelling. Fundamentally it was all about delivering the client’s brand and messages. I was wearing several hats within the role, varying from the internal content evangelist, a client-facing consultant, a brand journalist, and a contributor to the business. My day-to-day jobs were writing, producing, editing, interviewing, training juniors, and brainstorming meetings with the international task force.
