I am a creative director and a multidisciplinary artist with over 25 years of experience in the creative industry. I have worked for leading creative teams in global agencies in Milan, New York, and Shanghai, and co-founded NIQI, a Shanghai based creative agency that supports brands such as L’Oréal, Hershey’s, China Telecom, and Ralph Lauren.My core competencies are creative direction, branding, creative strategy, and creative technology. I specialize in harnessing the power of new technologies to fuel innovative brand experiences and push the boundaries of creative expression.I have a deep understanding of Asian consumer behavior and cultural nuances, and I have been decoding them for Western brands to ensure effective brand positioning and communication.Currently, I am based in Milan where I work as freelance creative director and AI trainer for agencies and brands.I'm also an AI professor at IED, Milan and a member of the IED AI Observatory, where I help decode AI for academic integration.
