Lead a team of 35 professionals responsible for the delivery of K-12 information technology services and support to 20 regional public education agencies.

- Present reports on the organization's technology status, goals and or progress.- Create and implement technology strategies.- Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals.- Identify technologies to improve the organization’s services.- Create and oversee high-level KPIs for the IT department.- Lead network and systems engineering teams.- Manage the IT department’s $9.9M budget.

- Direct planning for the design, cost analysis, implementation, and support of a variety of technology projects.- Act as a liaison between IT analysts and/or helpdesk staff assigned to specific customers.- Responsible for maintaining positive professional relationships and successful problem resolution with customers, staff and vendors.- Understand the customer environment, both current, and future needs.- Develop best practices and procedures in the areas of customer service, project management, and other related technology areas.- Provide documentation, project tracking, and management reporting.- Take immediate action in response to emergency and outage management situations.- Communicate effectively, both in person and on the phone, with management, staff, customers, and vendors.- Encourage IT team members to excel to maximize growth opportunities and provide staffing flexibility.- Organize the delivery of individual and group training sessions.- Serve as the architect for customer technology solution purchases.- Handle sensitive and privileged information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.- Serve as a member of the InterMountain Technology Operations Team.

- Assist with IT operations planning and strategic positioning of the IT department.- Work with IMESD departments to streamline operations through process improvement utilizing technology.- Primary contact for approximately 275 staff members of Intermountain ESD for network, server, email, and desktop technical support.- Research, develop, and implement process improvements utilizing technology.- Dell purchasing & warranty administrator for InterMountain ESD and customers in Umatilla, Morrow, Malheur, Union, and Baker Counties. Customers include 21 school districts, multiple city and county governments, and non-profit organizations.

- Primary contact for approximately 275 staff members of Intermountain ESD for network, server, email, and desktop technical support.- Research, develop, and implement process improvements utilizing technology.- Dell purchasing & warranty administrator for InterMountain ESD and customers in Umatilla, Morrow, Malheur, Union, and Baker Counties. Customers include 21 school districts, multiple city governments, and non-profit organizations.

- Assist OSU students and staff with a wide variety of technical issues- Research and document new technology- Lead process improvement projects

- Network, server, and desktop support for Pendleton School District- Provide technical support for school district students and staff

- Accounting & Payroll- Provide for the financial success of the Fraternity- Manage day-to-day business operations- Prepare budgets and financial statements

- Complete selected phases of financial statement audit including review points- Exercised professional skepticism while performing various analytics to test reasonableness
