Project manager and lead engineer for creating a generic, flexible and maintenance optimized automation solution to integrate stand alone devices (Neutron chopper motor and magnetic bearing controllers) into a centralized control system (EPICS). A lot of focus is on condition monitoring (e.g. FFT analysis from SKF and Beckhoff) and planned maintenance. The technical aspects are often a lot less energy and time consuming compared to handle the internal and external stakeholders and politics in the business.

Technical responsible and project manager. The main responsibility is to make sure that assigned machine plattform is developed and maintained according to the demands that present and future customers have. Developed a prototype data logger for logging and transfer machine data from remote machines to a Lund based, local server. Selected and introduced a data aggregation, analysis and report tool (Sympathy For Data) within Tetra Pak. After I had left the company, the data logger prototype was discontinued and a new, more powerful logger was then built from scratch. This replaced the prototype and had increased capabilities, features and covered more use cases. The Sympathy for Data tool has since then spread to many more departments than the one I introduced it to.Writing the technical specification, Request for delivery and project requirements for the tool used for sterilization, cleaning and FDA validation in an aseptic filling machine. This tool is a combination of data-logger and report tool and can be used both in the field and in house to check that a machine is set up according to specification.Some central parts of a very diverse position:* Drive and manage assigned projects * Scout for, develop and decide on technical solutions* Coordinate deliveries and solutions for synergies* Assign and match personnel to activities* Estimate work needed for activites and projects* Prioritize work for the group* Develop, adapt and optimize work processes

Develop packaging machines using Rockwell Automation PLCs. Specialized on servos, PID-control loops and aseptic technology. The position demanded a lot of travelling within Europe, mostly visiting and helping customers, but also suppliers to help them setup their production in the most efficient way.

As a temporary position, I moved to Germany for 8 months to be able to lead and coordinate a fieldtest for a machine. The machine was placed at a customer and was a very rich experience to see how a product was received from a customer perspective.

Was working as a consultant, mainly stationed at Tetra Pak and doing general automation work consisting of PLC programming, servo control and cam profile creating, PID loop tuning, etc.

Develop aseptic packaging machines using B&R and Siemens PLCs. A lot of focus was on PLC programming, servos, PID-control loops and aseptic processes. During a few months I also worked with manufacturing simulation of a complete production line to get an idé about bottle necks and problems in the line before it was built.
