From April 2016, I have kept a lower than usual profile. Months of market analysis and strategic planning eventually gave way to operational action, firstly to going concern Queensland Real Estate TV, with it's soon to launch iteration, QRE TV 3.0, having a major overhaul & change in operating model to the most sophisticated service delivery network within the property industry globally. The shift away from being predominately a marketing & media production organisation to a global leader in integrated solutions while retaining and expanding the image & reputation management emphasis for which the organisation was founded upon.My role has been diverse and all-encompassing. Detractors may note observations with unseemly comments to the effect of labelling myself as a 'control-freak'. While the lingua franca may be graceless, the truth is that I have had a clear vision for many years and have realistically been twiddling thumbs & waiting for technology & the market to better prepared for the next phase, for which I have a well-established preparedness, unparalleled in this industry and market. So while some soon-to-be-forgotten observers may seek to label me as a 'control freak', I will in the fullness of time, demonstrate what I would define as 'oversight anomaly' for which their lower class minds were unable to grasp.TBC
