The Ohio Children's Hospital Association represents the collective voice of Ohio's youngest patients, their families, health care providers, and communities. Together, the Association and its six member hospitals are dedicated to protecting and enhancing the health and well-being of all Ohio's children. We advocate for appropriately financed, high-quality children's health care delivered in specialized settings that are staffed and equipped to meet children's unique medical needs. All our member hospitals share a commitment to patient care, child advocacy, pediatric research and training tomorrow's pediatricians.

Directed and managed legislative agenda for the Ohio Business Roundtable (BRT), a non-partisan organization of eighty chief executive officers of Ohio’s largest business enterprises. The goal of the BRT is to increase Ohio’s global competitiveness, primarily by focusing on economic development and education/workforce development issues. Interact and advocate with Governor of Ohio and his cabinet, the Ohio General Assembly, and Ohio’s Congressional delegation and staff to achieve BRT policy objectives.

Advocated organized medicine’s legislative agenda before the Ohio General Assembly. Interfaced with the Governor’s office and selected state agencies including the Ohio Departments of Insurance, Jobs and Family Services, and Health. Directly managed OSMA issues related to the state budget, Medicaid, health insurance, and managed care.
