• Chairing Workshops to gather ideas, gather/review requirements, test packs and plans. This resulted in quick sign off of key documentation with little pushback
• Worked on integrating legacy ABN Amro branches on to the RBS System Stack and/or renaming the branches under RBS. Ensuring that all downstream impacts were assessed.
• Trade Migration Runbook Coordination with stakeholder management over Migration weekends.
• Managing Client novations which meant playing a key role in coordinating between the Project Manager and Operations Middle Office.
• Ensuring that bug fixes and functionality requests are prioritised and signed off. Also managing UAT and Regression Test cycles with the different Business areas.
