I have a diverse background of career and internship experience in various industries including oil and gas, bioanalytics, research and development, and environmental chemistry. My latest career in oil and gas allowed my to build experience and skills in process engineering, project engineering, and PSM. Now I am excited to bring my work ethic, team mentality, organizational skills, and deep understanding of chemical engineering principles to a new role where I can either drive projects to completion on time and under budget, or use my creativity to develop new products or processes that will change the way you do business.

Asset EngineerDcp Midstream Jul 2018 - Apr 2020Denver, Co, UsI worked as the facilities engineer for several gas processing facilities for just under a year. During this time, my attention to detail and understanding of gas processing principals resulted in improving the plants recovery based performance by 2%. Also, I identified opportunities for projects that would improve performance, reduce downtime, and get ahead of environmental compliance regulations, and developed scopes of work and cost estimates to be passed along to the project execution team. Finally, I spent time educating plant operators in engineering principals which allowed them to make faster responses to plant upsets. All day to day work that I was in charge of was completed in compliance with our PSM program.I also worked for 6 months on the construction of a 250MMSCFD cryogenic gas plant supporting the project manager in commissioning activities. During this time, I was responsible for maintaining a punch list of items to correct or complete, overseeing crews of different trades during punch list execution, and ensuring that work was completed safely, and in a timely manner. My latest role was in project engineering, where I developed AFE packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates for 9 projects, with a budget of ~$4MM. I identified several opportunities to reduce project cost while maintaining the desired outcome or better, which resulted in an average AFE approval amount 15% lower than the budgeted amount. These solutions included taking responsibility for roles that would otherwise be contracted out, developing creative solutions, and collecting and negotiating several bids from different contractors. I also supported the peers in my workgroup by volunteering for side projects, and taking over some additional work to offload their schedules. -
