I look after our Conservation sales channel at Goodnature (that's community groups, DOC, iwi groups, councils, etc), and develop partnerships to amplify our collective impact for conservation.

Okewa is a premium rainwear brand based in Wellington, New Zealand, merging the technical making of rainwear with an aesthetic and ethos at home in the city. This adventure has included:–– Successfully launching Okewa's Recycled Line made from recycled plastic bottles.–– Securing a partnership with our globally-respected manufacturer at the forefront of innovative and sustainably-minded outerwear production.–– Executing on a range of product and distribution strategies.–– Planning and manning 8 Pop–Up Stores.

Method designs and manufactures award wining workplace recycling solutions, and is on a mission to empower workplace communities to build a more sustainable tomorrow. My role on the Product Team included:–– Project managing the design and launch of Method’s second flagship product – the ‘Method Twenty’ 20L bin – from initial conception to inventory in global markets within 9 months. –– Design process management alongside our design and engineering teams.–– Ongoing customer and market research.–– Leading external stakeholder and customer engagements on a category-defining R&D project nearing its first customer trials.–– Signing off tool production in China.–– Producing marketing assets for the 'Method Twenty' launch.

My work ranged from a complex multi-year project for a community-based Aged Care provider, to leading consent planning applications, to a wide range of residential projects across all stages.
