I was responsible for creating, developing,and implimenting a higher set of standards that would reflect the quality of the world renouned health and weight loss spa. Was also involved with the purchasing and receiving process as well as recruiting, training, and scheduling of employees.I was also responsible for handling questions, comments, and concerns of our valuable guests and then communicating them with the Executive staff members.
