As a trained teacher turned learning and technology consultant, my expertise lies at the intersection of technology and education. A successful career, including a decade of experience in Australia and New Zealand, my work in the UK with Novo Learning is focused on creating outcome-driven solutions that prioritise the needs of learners and organisations.My approach is grounded in empathy, pragmatism, and creativity, strongly emphasising finding innovative tools and strategies that deliver learning objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. I believe in the power of cross-professional collaboration and encourage organisations to remain open-minded to new approaches and innovations that may lie outside their sector.My past project involvements in diverse areas such as education, defence, health, law enforcement, and the third sector evidence my broad perspective on learning solutions.
