Previously, I helped scale Notion from early stages through hypergrowth, and led recruiting teams at Lyft during key expansion of their Business and Autonomous divisions. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of being an early-stage employee at several groundbreaking tech companies, focusing on building high-performing teams that truly connect and deliver results at scale. Beyond work, I'm deeply committed to fitness and wellness (though I'll never turn down a great pizza), and I've had the incredible experience of living in LA, NYC, and SF, each city adding its unique perspective to both my professional and personal growth. I hold a BS in Economics from Towson University and began my career in healthcare recruitment before finding my passion in tech.
