• Directly supervise 65+ student employees including: Facilities Student Manager, Facility Supervisors, Building Services Student Manager, Building Services Student Assistants, Field Supervisor Student Manager, and Field Supervisors. • Oversee custodial operations of the Recreation Center and Sports Complex ensuring a clean and presentable facility on a daily basis. • Oversee the daily operation of the Recreation Center and Sports Complex, ensuring policy compliance, facility care, event related assistance, risk management awareness, opening and closing of facilities ensuring consistent procedures• Collaborate with Assistant Director Facility Operations and maintenance staff on projects to ensure our facility and its equipment is operational year round.• Assist in development, preparation and monitoring of a 400k+ budget for specific program areas to ensure fiscal responsibilities are upheld.
