• Investigate and prosecute Philadelphia's most serious and complex cases against the city's most violent offenders• Research, draft and argue motions in limine and defend against motions to suppress• Prepare scientific and medical experts to testify and withstand cross-examination• Direct investigation including interviews, searches and forensic examination of physical, telephonic, and documentary evidence• Utilize the Grand Jury process to investigate and indict persons charged with witness intimidation, to include directing the investigation, issuing subpoenas, examining witnesses before the grand jury, and preparing indictments• Coordinate with state and federal agents, federal prosecutors, scientific and medical experts, and local civic leaders• While serving as the Vertical (Senior) Prosecutor for the Northwest Bureau, I was specially assigned to prosecute only the most serious, violent and complex non-fatal cases including cases with multiple defendants, uncooperative or unavailable witnesses, extensive charges, no eye-witness testimony and legal issues of first impression
