Bruin Tutoring is a tutoring network designed to prepare Middle-High School aged students for college-level Computer Science. Additionally, tutoring for active college students is provided in all lower division Mathematics and Computer Science coursework.

The recruiting robot was a 3D printed robot designed with servos motors that allowed movement of its head. The robot was equipped with a pre-trained Tensorflow model for facial recognition. By calculating the area of the screen occupied by an individual's face, it could be determined if an individual was within talking range, which would trigger the recruiting robot to start a conversation. In this project I worked largely on solving issues with the facial recognition and creating proper control flow so that transitions between different conversations would be seamless.Further details regarding projects are classified. Worked on a team in the Center for Quantum Science and Engineering (CQSE). Research regarded the simulation of quantum devices. This role involved programming in Python and C++, managing SQL databases, utilizing the UCLA cluster (supercomputer), and running simulations in different dimensions and collecting data through Mayavi.

I helped perform beach seines, plankton tows, manage sites, and collect vital ecological data. Additionally, I was tasked with statistically analyzing data regarding millions of acoustic recordings collected by placing bat recorders around the San Juan Islands. At the age of 16, I was funded through National Science Foundation Grant #1801658. As part of this grant, I completed an independent research project exploring the estuarine environment surrounding the Snohomish River. Project Title: A Spatial Comparison of Chemical Components within Possession Sound.I facilitated all data collection, management, and illustration.I utilized R and ArcGIS for this project.
