This last year under new COVID-19 rules and restrictions, I was assigned the role of implementing distance learning systems for both students and professional staff for educational purposes. I worked with over a 1,000 students, professional staff and faculty implementing these systems. I was part of a cyber security team who approached multiple vendors, Sophos, Delco, Honeywell. I also participated in the installation and maintenance of our VPN. Installed the VPN and updated system security on 100’s of systems (MacOSX 10.11 - 10.15, Windows 7, 8, 10, Chromebooks) while working remotely, using Windows RDP, WebEx, and SCCM. Making sure the clients VPN, and system was up to date.Supported clients with training and the online use of Jabber, Office, Global Protect, and Microsoft Remote Desktop.

I was in charge of running and maintaining the sound during service and during events. I also ran the lighting board. The service included a 6 piece band and a mic'd choir.

I was the main Audio Visual technician. I loaned out equipment, set up and ran events, documentation of events. I also maintained equipment, supported students, and faculty with the use of the equipment. Consulted and gave advice on use and set of what was needed. Videographer of events and support for guest lectures.

I made and edited video and graphics. I composited videos and stills for production. A fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
