Current• Quality Assurance Engineer I (Video, Performance, KPI)• Architect and devise comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate product functionalities inalignment with business requirements documentation.• Document and triage defects, collaborating closely with the development team to identify rootcauses and implement effective solutions.• Mitigate critical risks by actively participating in war room meetings with stakeholders.• Perform system Over-the-Air updates (OTAs) and thoroughly validate device functionalities forregression.• Develop and execute scripts to automate repetitive testing processes using internal frameworks.• Ensure seamless communication between Alexa Echo systems and third-party video contentproviders, while also validating web media player controller functionalities.• Conduct compatibility testing to guarantee smooth video playback across various platforms.• Design and automate test cases to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as memorytrend, user-perceived latency, and fluidity.• Maintain infrastructure for automated Test Cases (TC), incorporating robotic devices and omnibots to validate object detection within a predefined radius.• Architect and build the infrastructure for automated test runs, ensuring efficiency and reliability inthe testing process.
