Full-time summer internship, which lead to additional part-time work, during which I worked alongside the FSCM 9.1 technical team on the implementation and upgrade of a new Global Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP System. During this time I was responsible for the following:-Testing Activities1) Utilized PeopleSoft Testing Framework Application to develop automated tests to support various business processes2) Developed LoadRunner VUser testing scripts that are being used to test a variety of business processes supported in a new RAC/SAN implementation project3) Developed a Use Case Template that is currently being used on a number of different projects at GMCR including the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 project4) Maintained a Use Case Catalog by Business Processes – Based on APQC Standards-Issue Tracking/Management1)Supported resolution of technical issues by organizing and maintaining a SharePoint based issue log

Full-time summer internship assisting the Finance/Supply Chain team on implementing a new Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP System. Responsibilities included:-Data Conversion consisting of developing mapping documentation to create conversion scripts used by the technical team, working with external sources such as vendors and suppliers to provide "missing" data necessary for the new system but not present in the legacy system.-Data Scrubbing activities that included working to identify duplicate and outdated information and data deficiencies in the legacy system.-Business Process tasks such as conducting physical inventories in the Central Supply Warehouse then later using the results to develop documentation that was used when setting up configuration in the new PeopleSoft System.-Administrative tasks including providing weekly status reports to Supply Chain Manager which detailed key accomplishments, decisions, and risks. Also attended weekly Finance/Supply Chain team meetings and provided reports on all on going initiatives.
