As Vice President, Asset Management for Westcore Properties, I oversee all asset management functions for Westcore's national industrial portfolio. I am currently responsible for the management and operation of over $4.0B in assets representing over 23 million square feet of industrial properties across the U.S., and have been actively involved in acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $3.5 billion.

My responsibilities included partnering with the Port's member cities and stakeholders in the negotiation and planning of major real estate development projects, project management, property acquisitions, appraisal preparation, feasibility studies, lease negotiations, rent reviews, conducting ongoing market analysis, marketing available properties, coordinating plan reviews of tenant improvement projects, and administering and enforcing tenancy document and other legal agreements.

My real estate and development projects included some of the largest commercial projects in San Diego, including the San Diego Convention Center expansion, Lane Field hotel developments, Ruocco Park design and development, and the redevelopments of Seaport Village and the Old Police Headquarters (now The Headquarters at Seaport Village).

I was involved in the entire acquisition process for multi-family real estate investments. This included all procedures pertaining to condo conversion developments, specifically project feasibility, pro-formas, cap rate analysis, contract negotiations, letters of intent and escrow coordination. I specialize in determining the appraisal value of units through comparable properties. In this position, I established relationships with commercial brokers in various states/cities and gained knowledge of many western markets.
