Nick Martin has been selling real estate since 2007 and has accomplished many milestones in his career. After first being licensed, Martin and two other partners created The HomeStyle Team. In two short years they went on to be the top 100 team in the World for RE/MAX. Martin and team primarily focused on bank owned homes, distress properties and traditional real estate which managed over 350 properties at any given time. At the age of 25, Martin opened his first Brokerage RE/MAX Diamond in Mesa, AZ. This allowed Martin to learn another side of real estate well beyond his years engrossing himself in contract law, legal issues and how to protect the Buyer and/or Seller in a transaction. After selling over 1600 homes all over the Phoenix Metropolitan area, Martin decided to take a break from real estate to pursue his dream of becoming a professional race car driver. Martin sold his RE/MAX real estate business in late 2013 and set out to obtain his competition license for road racing. Martin achieved his goal in record pace and was invited to the prestigious NASA competition school in just 10 short weeks after starting his journey. This proves Martin’s drive, motivation and perseverance in anything he puts his mind towards. Martin spent most of 2014 racing and recharging his battery from the long hard days of real estate. Martin has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry and as a Realtor in Chandler, Martin is currently aligned with Phoenix View Realty, a specialized boutique office in the East Valley as a Broker Associate. Nick Martin has always dreamed of being a race car driver amongst many others who envision going fast around a race track. It all started when Martin’s late Grandpa took him to his first sprint car race at Manzanita Speedway in Phoenix, AZ at a very young age. The roar of the engines and the speed carried around the corner, throwing clay at the audience was so exhilarating the spark to start racing one day was ignited. Not being born into a racing family made this journey for Martin an uphill battle. Nick Martin has always been an athlete growing up playing football and baseball as his primary sports, but wasn’t presented with an opportunity to pursue a racing career at an early age. Many years had past until Martin enrolled at the DriverX Academy to achieve a career in Motor Sports to finally put his passion to the test. Martin quickly excelled and felt extremely comfortable behind the wheel. Martin obtained his pro license in record time and will be competing in his first NASA race January ’14. Due to Martin’s quick success Martin and TrinityTEK Racing are in the preparation stages for the 2014 Pirelli World Challenge season where they will be racing for Autism to bring awareness through Advance Simulation Therapy. Martin is currently offering Corporate sponsorship opportunities to capitalize on the popularity of the World Challenge with unrivaled cost per impressions which broadcasts on NBC Sports.
