Engaging with young people to develop 21st century workforce skills, plan career interests and trajectories, and support professional growth. Leading all student recruitment and community engagement efforts for all programs 6th grade and up. Managing and maintaining partnerships with schools, government agencies, and community organizations to increase representation of historically under-represented groups in STEM.Managing and monitoring budgets of multiple programs totaling over $300KLeading the implementation of Alumni and Teen Community Engagement events including, lectures, game nights, movie nights, film festivals, and mixers.
