He started in mechanical contracting, having previously worked as a design-builder, construction manager, and volumetric modular manufacturer. I work with clients within the built environment to increase their performance and generate enduring results by reducing waste across in time, money and effort. With more than 15 years of experience in the built environment, I joined Haley & Aldrich from a design-build background, where I started my lean journey with healthcare and manufacturing clients. I bring deep experience in applying Lean in many ways, some unexpected, always with the goal of helping clients to spend more time on value-added activities. At Haley & Aldrich, my primary focus is on providing Lean facilitation and consulting services, including the development of standard service offerings to support clients’ efforts as they seek to improve the way they build, operate and manage their real estate assets.
