We rely on them to execute complex AIOps (AI-enabled IT Operations Management) projects with ScienceLogic for our shared customers. Data across all users, applications, endpoint devices, and infrastructure within a network is fed into the ScienceLogic data platform for real-time analysis, resulting in proactive insights about potential outages or performance degradation. In addition, the platform is machine learning enabled to study data patterns over time, and produce new insights that have not been explicitly identified or programmed by IT. The overall business outcome is a significant reduction in mean resolution time per incident, more strategic deployment of IT personnel, and millions in operational cost savings.
