As Senior Consultant, responsibilities included facilitating prototype sessions to adapt existing business processes to PeopleSoft’s best practices, identifying customizations and business process changes. Developed project deliverables including customization design documents, business process change documents, and process flows. Upon joining the Information Technology Practice at Coopers & Lybrand, received full Oracle and PeopleSoft application training. Created and delivered a customized Basic Accounting Course for IT Consultants.

Performed as a Business Process Consultant for firms such as General Aluminum, Peripheral Enhancements Corporation, and Trizec Hahn, Ltd. Responsibilities included interviewing client management and end-users, development of requirement documents, development of demo scripts, assistance with system selection, coordinating vendor presentations, and maintaining project budget to bill analysis. Developed training sessions for end-users, including a comprehensive issue, task, and user acceptance testing database. Developed and implemented a report generation application for a lease management system to track over 6,000 retail and office leases.
