I joined Global personals in Autumn 2013 as their B2B web designer, handling the B2B site creation branding and online ad campaigns for multiple partners.My day to day role would consist of working closely with our in house partner managers and their client portfolios. Having joined I quickly implemented studio processes and job prioritization which was soon implemented throughout the greater business.My main areas of focus day to day are; Biz Dev - I handle all new biz pitching working closely with out Biz Dev Manager to produce rebranded logo sets and x3 front end site designs which give them a Safe, Intermediate & Extreme version of how their brand could be applied for the dating market.Such high level brands I have pitched to are, NetMums, The Mirror, Tube Crush, Ladbible, Smooth Radio, E Entertainment, SyFy Channel and othersCreating the front end site for any required brand is hugely important for obtaining Sign ups which will convert to full members (main business ROI). So page hierarchy is very important when generating these sign ups with responsive sites now a design staple as more of our members convert to mobile use/browsing.

I started out my Oliver Marketing carer at Steljes.I was apart of a 3 man studio consisting of x2 designers and a senior account manager.Withing this in house team I was responsible for all digital design and development consisting of emails, website maintenance and online ad campaigns.With in this time I had the chance to develop some unique skills using sites like Zmags to great digital magazines for trade shows and exhibitions as well as digital illustration using a Wacom Inkling.Brochure design and print was also a large part of my role at Steljes, having the opportunity to create unique wall graphic to display their company values around the business.After Steljes I had the chance to work on other in-house teams within Oliver Marketing such as GLL and DCL leisure companies as well as bespoke projects for Starbucks and London City Airport.

After university and the folding of 360 Creative i had the opportunity to create my own company NiceandClever Ltd.I brought some clients over from 360 and also started the process of looking at other businesses/clients, i was fortunate to make good contacts within corporate construction and environmental management services.While trying to acquire new clients myself and a friend who was also a web designer set up a Young Professional Networking group having 5 separate networking events attracting all sorts of businesses and enabling myself and Mark to obtain new clients and contacts. The main bulk of my business was working with Bovis Lend Lease and Supply UK on asset management software and project management around the Olympic Park. Also rebranding a new client called Cloud Sustainability a subsidiary company of Revise Ltd.This was a huge project consisting of a full rebrand, website and branded assets for exhibitions as well as a environmental waste management software tool designed and built via Empiricom.
