Conduct current state process assessments across all business units and apply best practices, industry research, and competitor research to drive optimized future state processes. Develop process maps that can be leveraged by implementation teams to generate meaningful business requirements and traceability. Assist clients in the identification, prioritization, and sequencing of strategic business and technology initiatives and synthesize into a cohesive road-map. Assess organization structures, service offerings, and inter-company processes to define target state organization and operating models.Conduct current state application and architecture assessment across the enterprise, develop gap assessment, and recommend target state architectures with the help of subject matter experts. Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to generate business cases that are both quantitative and qualitative.
