While this is the main goal, Hamlet Development has also provided building lots to numerous other builders along the Wasatch Front, as well as developed several commercial sites. In my role as Vice President I am responsible for all aspects of the land development process. I begin with new community visioning and land acquisition and move through project feasibility and due diligence. I then process entitlements, manage consultants, interface with regulatory agencies, provide project budgets and schedules, coordinate subcontractors and ultimately turnover completed lots to Hamlet Homes. As much as I enjoyed being a design engineer, I take pleasure in this position even more. Every day brings new and exciting challenges that I love to resolve. Show less
