I am on a team trying cases in Texas courts to make sure people injured and harmed by others receive full compensation for what they've been through.I have experience in all stages of the litigation process, from discovery and pre-trial motions to appeals. Please contact Jim Adler & Associates if you need help with a personal injury or dispute with your insurance company.From my past roles, I also have experience representing clients in Texas Citizens Participation Act (the Texas Anti-SLAPP statute) and jurisdictional disputes. I've also handled several pro bono cases, including assisting a Syrian refugee obtain a grant of asylum in the United States after representing her at her asylum hearing. In the past, I represented a couple to finalize their adoption of twins and resolve a dispute with the adoption agency in mediation.
