A dedicated and creative Careers and Employability Officer for the Lancaster University Careers Service. Supporting our diverse student community, relationship building, and rapport is at the very core of my work every day.My current role builds on 4 years as a Recruitment Assistant within the Employment and Recruitment Service (ERS) at Lancaster University. This involved assisting a wide spectrum of the academic population, public and University colleagues in a highly technically skilled and fast-paced temporary and casual commercial recruitment environment. Prior to 2019, I was a Digital Print technician and Bookbinder at Lancaster University (Creative Studio), using technical and creative skills from my previous career at other HE institutions.
