A 6m fixed term contract based in Singapore to provide executive leadership and accelerate growth in this region of strategic focus. This role was in addition to my responsibilities in Japan and Korea. Results achieved:/ Delivered market leading results across the region with all key markets achieving double digit arrival growth / Regional release of the final Hobbit movie trilogy promotional tie-up across PR, social and trade. Integrated 100% Pure Middle-earth promotional activities resulted in record preference amongst target fan travelers / Led the development and launch across the region of a new multi-million JV investment partnership with a strategic airport partner/ Highlight launch and development of a new major airline alliance delivering +30% capacity across the region/ Successfully leveraged the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup event into the India market securing record levels of destination preference and achieving +20% growth in arrivals/ Unlocked the leadership potential of a new regional management team delivering new levels of engagement, communication and integration
