Nick has been a Senior Agile Delivery Lead for 13 years. He has been an Agile & Lean Coach for the last 7 years. He has helped many teams and well known businesses achieve their goals. Nick has a lot of experience working with teams and stakeholders, helping teams create & design digital products, plan & manage issues, flagging impediments & forecasting risks, coaching and managing transformational change. He is very comfortable working with Senior Management and works hard to help stakeholders understand progress and impediments.He loves working with multi-discipline design & development teams, is constantly learning new technologies & enjoys problem solving complex programmes of work. He works hard to break complex problems into simpler, more easily understandable issues to aid decision making. He is available having just finished his last contract role.

Nick managed 5 teams to enable scaled delivery of a new Digital student experience using Salesforce. This was an 18-month engagement with a geographically diverse team working between UK, India, and Eastern Europe.

The role was to deliver the Scandinavian Banking Group's aggregated financial data of 300 businesses to the European Central Bank. Nick managed 3 multi-discipline Scrum teams across Sweden, UK, India, and Poland.

Nick coached 4 Scrum teams to implement a transformation of their sales process. This involved setting up 4 teams who created a data repository for contracts saving the business many hours through automation.

Nick coached a ways of working transformation of the UK's premier Private Bank, Coutts. This involved transforming and embedding Agile into their way of working for 8 technology & operational teams, in London and Zurich.

Nick worked as an Agile Coach for a large technology transformation programme for one of the UK’s largest banks. He coached 8 teams across London (Natwest), Belfast (Ulster Bank) and Edinburgh (RBS).

Nick was a consultant Delivery Manager who setup a new team for a client. This multi-discipline team created a website and a data modelling application to plan how hospital groups should manage their workforce.

Here he supported the Director of Development and Operations to transform the department of 400 Developers and engineers from a traditional operating model to a Scaled Agile/Lean model.

The role was to provide Agile Programme Direction for a team of 30 redesigning and developing The AA's new website. He also oversaw programmes for the Gym Group and helped them with pre-sales to win clients such as The Red Cross.

The role was to manage the 3 mobile applications teams (around 27 people). They didn’t have an Agile programme lead for mobile. He was brought in to improve Scrum processes and planning of team prior to their very busy Christmas period.

Nick worked at a startup Sports Digital Agency where he helped the founders to improve their Scrum and Delivery process and helped the teams to deliver a number of projects with the Lawn Tennis Association.

Nick managed the redesign and build of the new Premier Inn website designed with LBI and developed by VML. He managed the two delivery partners for this major refresh of the hotel booking engine and worked closely with the Premier Inn team of Product Owners, UX, designers and copywriters to deliver the programme.

My role was as a Director of Delivery for a digital consultancy of around 150.
