Increased throughput by 50% of 12,000 employees during bi annual surge periods while ensuring that 100% of the right people with the right skill sets were at the right place at the right time. Upgrade the Web based personnel tracking system, which provided 100% visibility of employees from start of travel through reception and lodging, during local utilization and travel back to US.  Managed and coordinated the “Good Neighbors Program” which was a nationwide Military support to local Civilian communities and organizations, which fostered “good will”, cooperation and understanding between US military and the Korean people.
