Developed strategy and implemented the latest principles in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in support of the Presidential and National Voice Conferencing (PNVC) program. In this role, I integrated DOORS Next Gen requirements with an agile Rational Team Collaboration environment and a Rhapsody SysML model. This effort is widely accepted as a leading edge effort for DoD funded programs which will be modeled and replicated in the future. Within the PNVC program, I managed a team of extremely talented software engineers to develop a stand-alone conference coordination GUI. I led the Integration & Verification process for a Computer-In-the-Loop Test Environment used to validate missile Guidance Section software.I was designated as the Raytheon Missile Systems Champion for the SysML modeling tool Rhapsody, which includes leading the effort to educate the Raytheon Missile Systems workforce about the tool and the benefits/downfalls of it when compared to other modeling tools.
