Projects included product cataloging, market research, intellectual property research, blog post writing and sales presentations. The new mobile trading post application, Caboodle, is expected to launch in Fall 2020.

ZeroValent Nanometals is a start-up working out of RIT's Advanced Manufacturing and Multifunctional Print Center in Institute Hall. ZeroValent is exploring the chemistry and temperature condition under which we can reduce Cu2+ ions to the pure metallic Cu state (and other earth-abundant metals) and control the reactivity of the resultant 2 nm cluster of atoms (~ 200 atoms). The end goal is to develop a commercially viable copper based, conductive ink. This has deep and wide ranging implications for printed electronics.Working as a part time lab technician and development engineer I conducted reactions in small 20 ml scintillation vials to produce these clusters and then characterized them based on particle size, stability at room temperature, inkjet printability and sintering properties. My major contributions to the group were in new formulation development, a comprehensive ligand optimization study and a heat of addition study. I presented my research at the RIT Honors Symposium in December of 2017. In 2018 I also took on responisbilites in print testing and imaging diagnostics.

Momentive Performance Materials (Formerly GE Silicones) is a global player in niche silcone products. With over two hundred products and numerous global locations. I worked with the development team on a project to assist in the design of silicone hardcoats products. I designed and built an in-house humidification system to supplement the Flx-2320 coatings stress meter and characterized experimental and commercial coatings products based on curvature at various levels of relative humidity. These characterizations are allowing the group to model how coatings will hold up in various environments over long timescales (i.e. car headlights, electronics, etc.) From this work I've acquired experience in air flow design with pneumatics, pressure tanks, insulation, temperature control, etc. This experience will lend itself well to future jobs in both R&D and Manufacturing settings.

Developed Matlab models for linear stability analysis of spatially developing flows, which has wide ranging implications in coatings, phase boundaries and thin film applications. Did work for credit as part an independent study. My research was presented before an RIT Trustee Board member as well as at the RIT Honors Symposium in May of 2017.

Appvion was a global player in the thermal, carbonless, and specialty paper market. I worked full time with the New Business Development Team to research opportunities to improve specialty paper coatings for multiple applications.With the New Business Development team I worked on projects in high speed and dye sublimation ink jet printing. This involves analyzing and assisting with paper coating formulations, developing new product performance tests, and supporting production scale trials. This work has led to experience in laboratory make down, rheology testing, electron microscope imaging, XRF analysis ect.

I assisted in the organization of all of the publications and communications that NTID Admissions sends out to prospective and admitted students. I worked in an office setting, and regularly interacting with deaf co-workers and students. Furthermore I gained some invaluable experience in PeopleSoft and mail merges.

Spang Engineered Solutions (SES) "offers custom inductors and transformers for a broad range of industries"​ . I split time as an engineering intern and as a production technician. As an engineer at SES I participated in the design of power supply components, helped automate aspects of design tools, and inventoried company assets. Furthermore as a technician I gained invaluable hands on experience in the assembly of power supply components, often including the application of chemical coatings, resins, and glues. In the quality control lab, I used lean six sigma principles and high voltage testing equipment to test power supply components for inductance, capacitance, turns ratios, and resistance, among other things. SES has been an incredible learning experience for me.
